Remote Sessions
All programmes are available by secure video link. Documents are shared electronically before and after each session. Remote clients outside Bucharest follow the same structured process as in-person clients.

Response
A reply is sent within two working days confirming receipt and asking any clarifying questions needed before sending the intake form.
Intake Form
A structured intake questionnaire is sent. The form takes 12 to 20 minutes to complete and covers current food habits, activity levels, and preferences.
Appointment
Once the intake form is returned, an appointment date is confirmed. Sessions are typically available within five to seven working days.
First Session
A one-hour structured session reviews the intake form, outlines the proposed programme, and answers any questions before the eating plan is drafted.
