A structured questionnaire documents current habits, food preferences, weight history, and activity patterns. Completed before the first session.

Initial Consultation

A one-hour in-person or remote session reviewing the intake form. The consultant maps food choices against seasonal availability, sport frequency, and lifestyle context.

Weekly Plan Delivery

A written four-week plan is issued, featuring daily plate compositions, vegetable and fruit rotation, and portion guidance based on individual energy requirements.

Follow-Up Review
